Accessibility statement
Last updated: 27 September 2026
We want everyone who uses Fun In Raising, including fundraisers in the field on a phone, to be able to use it. This statement covers fun-in-raising.com and the Fun In Raising platform.
Our target
We design to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we do
- Every form field has a visible label, and errors are shown next to the field and announced to screen readers.
- You can use every page with a keyboard, and the focused element is always visible.
- Text colour is calculated from each organisation's brand colours so it always meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1.
- Colour is never the only way we show status: badges also carry words.
- Pages work when zoomed to 200 percent and on narrow phone screens.
- We turn off motion when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Buttons and controls meant for the field have large touch targets.
Known limitations
- We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit. We plan one before the full launch of the mobile field app.
- Two-step verification setup shows a QR code. If you cannot scan it, the setup page also shows the key as text to type in.
- Some features are still being built. We test each new feature with a keyboard and a screen reader before release.
