What counts as an active fundraiser?
Anyone who records fundraising activity in a calendar month. Managers, office staff, team leaders who did not fundraise that month, and charity client viewers are free.
Is there a minimum contract or a minimum number of seats?
No minimum number of seats. Monthly billing can be cancelled at the end of any month. Annual billing saves about 20%. Enterprise is an annual agreement.
Can we try it first?
Yes. The demo organisation is open to everyone, and we can set up a 30-day trial organisation with your own teams and campaigns.
Do you charge charities differently?
Charities that run their own in-house face-to-face teams can ask us about a discount.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You can ask for a full export of your data at any time. When your subscription ends, we keep it for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it. The Terms and the Data Processing Agreement set this out.
